Amy Ferraro Whitsett has spent over 24-years as a management consultant working mostly in the public sector. She has worked with health and human service agencies across the country, as a cost allocation and funding expert, and in a variety of other capacities. In July of 2020 she began a position as Vice President of State Solutions at MGT Consulting.
Amy also operates Cultivate Cleaner under Cultivate Advisory Services. Cultivate Cleaner seeks to educate about chemicals present in personal care and household products and help individuals make informed changes that can reduce their health risks.
Amy serves on the Advisory Board of Uncommon Threads, a women's empowerment organization in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Cultivate Services LLC worked with Uncommon Threads on its 3rd annual fundraising gala, Dress to Impress, in September 2020. This event went virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic and raised nearly the same amount of funds as the prior year's live event. Amy is also is a third generation participant in the Framingham Heart Study and is currently a class agent for Phillips Academy, Andover. and fundraiser for the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
Amy has a master’s degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a bachelor’s degree cum laude in Politics from Mount Holyoke College. She is pursuing a certificate in Health and Wellness through eCornell and the Cornell University Division of Nutritional Sciences.
